Visit of the President of the University of Shatrah to the College of Applied Medical Sciences.

The College of Applied Medical Sciences at the University of Shatrah received today, Wednesday 1 October 2025, the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Basim Abdul-Hussein Jarallah, accompanied by the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Raed Majeed, on an official visit to the College. They were received by the Dean of the College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Halool Mohammed, along with the Associate Deans, the heads of the academic departments and the teaching and administrative staff.

During the meeting, the President of the University valued the distinguished efforts made by the College Deanship and staff in developing the educational and research process and serving students, affirming the University Presidency's continuous endeavour to provide the necessary support to strengthen the College's academic standing.

During the visit, the contributions of the teaching and administrative staff were also heard, and the main challenges and proposed solutions were discussed, in a way that contributes to strengthening the educational process, developing research programmes and serving the community.

At the end of the visit, the Dean of the College, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Halool Mohammed, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Basim Abdul-Hussein Jarallah, and his Administrative Assistant, Prof. Dr. Raed Majeed, for their continuous attention and support for the College's progress, affirming the Deanship's keenness to continue working in line with the University's aspirations and in the service of its students.
