The President of University of Shatrah , Prof. Dr. Bassem Abdul Hussein Jarallah, received a delegation from the National Security Agency and the Human Rights Commission on the sidelines of the central celebration held by the university on the occasion of Iraqi National Day on Thursday, October 2, 2025, in his office.
The delegation included Dr. Jawad Kazem Kitan, representing the National Security Agency, and Mr. Ahmed Abdul Abbas Ali, representing the Human Rights Commission.
The university president welcomed the visiting delegation, praising the national and humanitarian role of the two institutions and affirming that the university is keen to open up to various state institutions to enhance joint cooperation in the service of students and society.
During the meeting, congratulations were exchanged on this national occasion, and the values of citizenship and integration between academic, security, and humanitarian institutions in the service of Iraq were emphasized.
