University of Shatrah Organises a Training Course on Digital Transformation in the Human Resources Management System (HR) and the Student Information System (SIS)

In implementation of the directives of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Basim Abdul-Hussein Jarallah, the University of Shatrah organised a specialised training course entitled “Digital Transformation in the Human Resources Management System (HR) and the Student Information Management System (SIS)”, as part of its efforts to modernise administrative structures and enhance institutional efficiency through the adoption of advanced electronic systems.

The training course was held over three days at the Computer Centre, in the presence and under the follow-up of the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Fadhil Muhsin Hamad, and the Assistant President for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Raed Majeed Jabbar.

The course was supervised by the Director of the Computer Centre, Asst. Lect. Samee Sakban Abd, who reviewed the working mechanisms of the adopted electronic systems and the ways of developing administrative and academic performance in line with the requirements of digital transformation in higher education institutions.

The training course aimed to follow up the implementation of the directives in the colleges, identify the main problems and obstacles in order to address them in person, follow up the data entry steps, determine completion rates and submit the final status to the Ministry within the specified period.
